- The basic requirements for this visa are as follows
- Have been nominated for this visa by an Australian state or territory government agency.
- Get an invitation from department of home affairs.
Undergo a suitable skills assessment.
Score at least 65 on the points test.
The visa applicant must be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation.
Have a competent level of English (such as minimum IELTS score of 6 in 4 subjects).
Your nominated occupation must be on the 190 list of occupations.
Meet the health and character requirement.
No outstanding Government debt.
Sign the Australian values statement.
No previous visas cancelled or applications refused.
